Digital Product Terms & Refund Policy
Purchase, licensing, delivery, downloads, support and refunds for ORIXIVA digital products
| EFFECTIVE DATE October 5, 2026 | APPLIES TO Orixiva.com and related services | CONTACT sardarzain45786@gmail.com |
1. Scope
These Digital Product Terms & Refund Policy (“Digital Product Policy”) apply to digital products sold by ORIXIVA through Orixiva.com, including templates, spreadsheets, trackers, documents, bundles, design assets, downloadable files, educational resources, and other digital materials. They form part of the ORIXIVA Terms & Conditions.
A specific product page, checkout notice, included license file, or order confirmation may contain product-specific terms. Those specific terms control where they clearly address the same subject more specifically.
2. Digital Products Are Delivered Electronically
ORIXIVA sells digital products rather than physical goods. No physical shipment is made unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. After successful payment and any required verification, the purchased files may be made available by download link, account dashboard, order page, email, or another electronic delivery method used by ORIXIVA.
3. What Is Included
The product listing is the primary reference for the included contents. Screenshots, mockups, sample files, previews, and feature descriptions are intended to help you understand the product but may not show every file. Unless expressly promised, third-party software, subscriptions, hosting, fonts, premium plugins, stock assets, or external services are not included.
4. Purchase Confirmation and Delivery
A paid order is considered complete only after the payment provider and ORIXIVA systems confirm the transaction. In some cases, fraud-prevention or payment verification can temporarily delay access. If a download link does not appear or an expected delivery email does not arrive, contact [Insert support email] with your order number.
Download links may be time-limited, usage-limited, or otherwise protected. ORIXIVA may replace or regenerate a link when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or customer support.
5. License Grant
Unless the product page or included license states otherwise, ORIXIVA grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for personal use or the purchaser’s own internal business, academic, or project work. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership or other intellectual-property ownership in the original product.
Permitted Use
- Use the purchased files in your own permitted work or projects.
- Edit or customize editable files for your own use.
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own access and disaster recovery.
- Use exported or completed end products created from the template or tool where that use is not primarily a redistribution of the original source files.
Prohibited Use
- Reselling or sublicensing the original files or substantially similar copies.
- Giving the files to clients, friends, colleagues, students, members, or the public when that would function as redistribution of the purchased product rather than use of a permitted end product.
- Uploading original files to public repositories, file-sharing services, template libraries, membership sites, marketplaces, or download websites.
- Using the files as the primary source material for a competing template, tracker, bundle, course resource library, or downloadable product.
- Removing copyright, license, attribution, or ownership notices where the product license requires them to remain.
Where a product has a separate commercial, extended, educational, team, or redistribution license, the specific license terms for that product replace or supplement these default permissions.
6. One Purchase Does Not Create a Multi-User License
Unless the product listing explicitly grants team, classroom, agency, or organization-wide use, a single purchase is intended for the purchasing customer and permitted internal use. Organizations that need multiple users should obtain an applicable multi-user or commercial license where offered.
7. Account and Download Access
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used for your purchase. Keep your order information and permitted backup copies secure. ORIXIVA may restrict excessive or suspicious download activity where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, or abuse.
8. Compatibility and Technical Requirements
Digital products may require specific software, operating-system features, browser capabilities, spreadsheet versions, fonts, document applications, or other third-party technology. The product page should identify material requirements that ORIXIVA knows about. Compatibility can change because third-party software and operating systems change. ORIXIVA does not guarantee compatibility with every future version of every third-party application.
9. Updates and Support
Any included updates or support are limited to what is stated on the product page or included product documentation. A product described as a one-time purchase does not automatically include lifetime support, lifetime updates, future versions, or new products unless that benefit is expressly stated.
Support may include reasonable troubleshooting for installation, download, access, or ordinary product use. Support does not guarantee customization, individualized consulting, data recovery, or compatibility with every third-party environment.
10. Accuracy and Your Review
Templates, trackers, calculators, dashboards, and educational resources are provided as tools and general information. You are responsible for reviewing formulas, assumptions, entries, outputs, calculations, formatting, and suitability before relying on them. ORIXIVA does not provide professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated advice unless a separate service expressly states otherwise.
11. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because digital products can be delivered and downloaded immediately, refunds may be more limited than for physical goods. ORIXIVA will nevertheless honor any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Refunds May Be Considered When
- The purchased file is materially defective and ORIXIVA cannot provide a reasonable corrected replacement within a reasonable period.
- The product materially differs from the product description in a way that prevents the purchase from providing the described core function.
- A duplicate payment or clear billing error occurred.
- You were charged after a transaction that the payment system identifies as unauthorized and the matter cannot be resolved through the payment provider.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product-page guarantee.
Situations That May Not Qualify
- You changed your mind after downloading the product, where applicable law allows the digital-delivery exception and no separate refund guarantee applies.
- You did not review the product description, screenshots, compatibility requirements, or included contents before purchase.
- The product works as described but requires software, fonts, add-ons, or a version you do not have when those requirements were disclosed or reasonably apparent.
- The product was downloaded or used and the request is based only on preference, dissatisfaction with style, or failure to use the product.
- The problem is caused by unsupported third-party software, a changed external service, user modification, or a device/browser issue outside ORIXIVA’s reasonable control.
Refund Request Window
Unless a product page states a different guarantee or applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests should be submitted within [Insert refund window, e.g., 7 or 14 days] of purchase. ORIXIVA may request reasonable information needed to investigate the issue, such as the order number, product name, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
12. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment processor. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. A refund does not grant permission to keep, share, resell, or continue using the digital product when the refund results in cancellation of the license.
13. Defective or Incorrect Files
If a file is corrupt, missing, materially incorrect, or cannot be opened as described, contact [Insert support email]. ORIXIVA may first provide a corrected file, replacement download, compatibility guidance, or another reasonable remedy before processing a refund, where permitted by law.
14. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If payment was captured but the order was not created or a download was not delivered, contact support with the transaction reference or order details. We may coordinate with the payment processor to verify the transaction. Duplicate payments caused by technical or customer error will be reviewed and, where confirmed, handled through the original payment method or another permitted method.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact ORIXIVA first when there is a problem with a purchase so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Unresolved payment disputes may be handled through the payment provider or card network. ORIXIVA reserves the right to provide order, delivery, download, and support records to a payment provider when reasonably necessary to respond to a fraudulent or incorrect chargeback, subject to applicable law.
16. Taxes and Currency
Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown according to the checkout configuration. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that the law places on you, except taxes that ORIXIVA is legally required to collect and remit.
17. Third-Party Dependencies
Some digital products may depend on third-party applications, software versions, browser features, cloud platforms, add-ons, or file formats. ORIXIVA does not control third-party changes. A third-party service becoming unavailable or changing its functionality may affect a product even when the ORIXIVA file itself has not changed.
18. Intellectual Property
All original ORIXIVA digital products, source files, layouts, formulas, written content, graphics, illustrations, code, branding, and documentation remain owned by ORIXIVA or its licensors unless the product specifically states otherwise. The license granted by purchase is limited to the permitted uses stated in these terms or the product-specific license.
19. Abuse, Fraud and License Enforcement
ORIXIVA may suspend downloads, revoke access, or terminate a license when there is credible evidence of payment fraud, unauthorized account sharing, systematic redistribution, resale without permission, or other material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, ORIXIVA may provide a reasonable opportunity to correct an accidental violation.
20. Disclaimer for Digital Products
Digital products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis except for any express product guarantee and any rights that cannot be excluded by law. ORIXIVA does not guarantee that a product will meet every individual preference, work with every software environment, or remain compatible with every future version of third-party software.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIXIVA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or other indirect losses arising from the purchase or use of a digital product. Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability for a particular digital-product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Consumer Rights Are Preserved
Nothing in this policy removes, limits, or attempts to contract out of mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, refund rights, or other protections that apply to you and cannot legally be waived.
23. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Digital Product Policy when our product range, delivery system, licensing approach, refund process, payment providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated for material changes. Changes generally apply to future purchases unless a different treatment is required by law or expressly stated.
24. Contact and Refund Requests
For a refund request, missing download, defective file, duplicate charge, licensing question, or product-support issue, contact [Insert support email]. Include the order number and a concise description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
