Calculator 1 of 8

Age Calculator — Exact Age in Years, Months, and Days

The age calculator helps answer “How old am I?” using your date of birth and a date you choose. Use it as an exact age calculator for a form, milestone, birthday, school record, or personal check. Instead of estimating from the birth year alone, it counts completed birthdays and the remaining calendar months and days.

What you can calculate

  • Age in completed years, months, and days.
  • Total completed months, weeks, and calendar days.
  • Age on a past or future date, not only today.
  • Next birthday date, weekday, age you will turn, and days until your birthday.
  • Optional hours and minutes when you enter a birth time and a time for the age date.
  • Leap-day birthday handling for people born on 29 February: choose 28 February or 1 March in a non-leap year.
Age = completed birthdays + full months since the last birthday + remaining days
Example: A person born on 10 May 2000 is 26 years, 5 months, and 8 days old on 18 October 2026. Choose a different “Age on date” to calculate their age at another point in time.

Useful for: age checks, birthday planning, school and personal records, and “how many days old am I?” questions. The optional birth-time calculation assumes both times use the same time zone.

Calculator 2 of 8

Date Difference Calculator — Days Between Two Dates

Use the date difference calculator to find how many days are between two calendar dates. It is also a date duration calculator when you need weeks, calendar years, months, and days. Choose whether the final date should be counted or left out.

Results include

  • Total calendar days and weeks plus leftover days.
  • Calendar difference in years, months, and days.
  • Total months elapsed and complete quarters.
  • Weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekend days (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Leap days (29 February) found in the selected range.
  • An inclusive or exclusive count. If the dates are entered in reverse order, the calculator explains that it swapped them.
Exclusive count = end date − start date
Inclusive count = end date − start date + 1 day
Example: From 1 January to 31 January 2026, the exclusive difference is 30 days. Counting both 1 January and 31 January gives 31 calendar dates.

Useful for: project timelines, trip planning, personal milestones, date-based forms, and calculating months or weeks between two dates. For custom workweeks and public holidays, use the separate Working Days calculator.

Calculator 3 of 8

Add / Subtract Days — Find a Future or Past Date

The online date calculator can move a starting date forward or backward. Use it to add days to a date, subtract days from a date, add months to a date, or answer questions such as “What date is 90 days from today?” You can work in calendar units or business days.

Available options

  • Add or subtract whole years, months, weeks, and days.
  • Switch to business-day mode to move forward or backward while skipping selected weekend days.
  • Choose a month-end rule: clamp to the last day of the target month, roll into the following month, or use strict mode to reject an invalid month-end date.
  • Select Saturday–Sunday, Friday–Saturday, Sunday-only, or Friday-only as weekend days in business-day mode.
  • Apply the same offset to up to 100 additional dates entered in the extra-dates field.
  • See the original and calculated dates with their weekdays.
Example: If you add one month to 31 January using the clamp rule, the result is the last day of February. Roll mode allows the day count to roll into the following month, while strict mode rejects a date that does not exist in the target month.

Calendar days and business days are different. Calendar mode counts ordinary days, including weekends. Business-day mode skips the weekend pattern you choose. For a calculation that must also skip specific public or company holidays, use Working Days and enter those holidays there.

Calculator 4 of 8

Working Days Calculator — Exclude Weekends and Holidays

The working days calculator counts days in a work period or finds a date after a selected number of working days. It is useful for project deadlines, business schedules, employee planning, delivery estimates, and school or office timetables.

Customize the work calendar

  • Count working days between a start date and an end date.
  • Add or subtract a number of working days from a start date.
  • Select which weekdays are not working days. This can support a Friday–Saturday weekend, a Saturday–Sunday weekend, or another weekly pattern.
  • Enter one-time holidays with dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
  • Enter yearly recurring holidays in MM-DD format, such as 12-25.
  • Choose whether to include the start date, end date, both, or neither when counting a range.
  • See how many weekend days and entered holidays were excluded. Duplicate holiday entries are ignored.
For international users: weekends and public holidays differ by country, workplace, and region. This calculator does not automatically download a country’s holiday calendar. Select your non-working weekdays and enter the holidays that apply to your schedule.
Example: If your regular weekend is Friday and Saturday, select those two days as non-working days. Add the public holidays for the date range, then calculate the remaining working days.

Pakistan search tip: If your office follows a Friday–Saturday weekend, choose that pattern and enter the relevant dates manually. This makes the result closer to your own calendar than assuming every country uses Saturday and Sunday as the weekend.

Calculator 5 of 8

Time Duration Calculator — Hours Between Two Times

Use the time duration calculator or hours calculator to work out how much time passes between a start and end time. It can help with work hours, timesheets, overnight shifts, overtime estimates, and multiple work periods in one calculation.

Features for shifts and timesheets

  • Calculate hours between two times, including overnight shifts when the end time is earlier than the start time.
  • Enter start and end dates for a shift that spans more than one day.
  • Add extra time intervals, such as a separate morning or afternoon work period.
  • Enter unpaid break minutes to subtract them from gross time; paid breaks remain within the entered work interval.
  • Round net time to the nearest, up, or down in 5-, 10-, or 15-minute steps, or leave it unrounded.
  • Set an overtime threshold and overtime multiplier.
  • Optionally enter an hourly rate to estimate pay from regular and overtime hours.
  • Review gross time, unpaid breaks, net time, decimal hours, regular hours, and overtime hours.
Net time = total entered time − unpaid breaks
Overtime = net time above your selected overtime threshold
Example: A shift from 21:00 to 06:00 lasts 9 hours before breaks. With a 30-minute unpaid break, net time is 8 hours 30 minutes. If overtime begins after 8 hours, the estimated overtime is 30 minutes.

Important: Pay rules vary by employer and country. This is a time and pay estimate, not a payroll or legal compliance decision. Check your workplace rules before using the result for official payroll.

Calculator 6 of 8

Days Until Date — Countdown and Deadline Calculator

The days until calculator shows how much time remains before a selected date and time. Give the event a name, choose the target date and time, and calculate. The result includes a live countdown in days, hours, minutes, and seconds, or shows how long ago the target passed.

Use it for

  • Exam countdowns, assignment deadlines, birthdays, holidays, trips, launches, and personal events.
  • Checking calendar days and weeks remaining.
  • Viewing a basic Monday-to-Friday business-day estimate for a future date.
  • Saving up to 20 countdown events in your browser, then removing events you no longer need.
  • Checking whether a deadline is today, still ahead, or overdue.
Example: Name an event “Exam”, enter the exam date and start time, and save the countdown. Open the page again in the same browser to see saved events stored by the tool.

The countdown interprets the target time using the device’s local time zone. Its business-day figure counts Monday to Friday and does not remove public holidays or use the custom weekend settings from the Working Days calculator. For events in another time zone, convert the event time to your device’s local time before entering it.

Calculator 7 of 8

Running Pace Calculator — Pace, Speed, Splits, and Finish Time

The running pace calculator helps runners understand how fast they are moving and estimate how long a race may take at a chosen pace. It supports kilometres and miles, preset race distances, custom distances, and a split table.

Choose what you want to calculate

  • Pace and speed: enter a distance and total time to find average pace and speed.
  • Finish time: enter a distance and pace to estimate the total time.
  • Distance: enter a time and pace to estimate the distance covered.
  • Choose preset distances for 1 km, 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon, or enter a custom distance.
  • Switch between kilometres and miles.
  • Review split times and elapsed time by distance, along with speed in km/h and mph.
Pace = total time ÷ distance
Finish time = pace × distance
Speed = distance ÷ time
Example: Running 5 km in 28 minutes 30 seconds gives an average pace of 5 minutes 42 seconds per kilometre. The calculator also converts the result to speed and builds a split table.

Illustration: a steady pace of 5:42 per kilometre. Actual race times can differ because of hills, weather, rest, fitness, and pace changes.

Useful for: 5K pace calculator searches, 10K planning, half-marathon and marathon estimates, running splits, and converting min/km to km/h. A finish-time result is an estimate based on maintaining the pace you enter.

Calculator 8 of 8

Sleep Schedule Calculator — Bedtime and Wake-Up Planner

The sleep calculator helps you plan possible bedtimes or wake-up times around an estimated sleep-cycle length. Choose whether you know your bedtime or wake-up time, add the time you usually need to fall asleep, and select a cycle length.

Planning options

  • If you know your bedtime, estimate possible wake-up times.
  • If you know your wake-up time, estimate possible bedtimes.
  • Set the time you expect to need to fall asleep, also called sleep latency.
  • Choose an estimated cycle length of 80, 90, 100, or 110 minutes.
  • Compare schedules based on three to seven cycles.
  • Enter a desired sleep duration to calculate a time from that duration instead of the default five-cycle option.
  • See when a suggested time falls on the next or previous day.
Example: If you plan to go to bed at 22:30 and allow 15 minutes to fall asleep, the calculator uses your selected cycle length to show possible wake-up times. Change the cycle length or sleep duration to compare other options.
Keep in mind: Sleep cycles do not have the same exact length for everyone or every night. Treat these results as planning estimates, not medical advice or a guarantee of feeling rested. Choose a sleep duration that suits your needs and seek professional guidance for ongoing sleep concerns.

How the calculators work

Each function uses the inputs you enter and a defined calculation method. Date calculations use calendar dates, including leap years. Time calculations use entered times and intervals. Running calculations convert distance and elapsed time to pace or speed. Sleep planning works backward or forward from a selected time using the cycle length you choose.

Add / Subtract Days FAQs

20. How do I add days to a date?

Open Add / Subtract Days, enter a starting date, and enter a whole number in the days field. A positive number moves forward; a negative number moves backward.

21. What date is 90 days from today?

Open Add / Subtract Days, use today as the starting date, and enter 90 in the days field. The result is the date 90 calendar days later. Use business-day mode if you want to skip selected weekend days instead.

22. Can I add or subtract months and years?

Yes. Calendar mode supports whole years, months, weeks, and days. You can combine these offsets in one calculation.

23. Why do month-end rules matter?

Some months have fewer days than others. For example, adding one month to 31 January requires a rule for February. Clamp selects the last day of the target month, roll allows the date to move into the next month, and strict rejects a date that does not exist in the target month.

24. Can I add business days instead of calendar days?

Yes. Switch to Business days and choose which weekdays to skip. This mode does not include a holiday list; use the Working Days calculator when you also need to exclude entered holidays.

25. Can I apply the same date change to many dates?

Yes. Add extra dates in the optional field, with one date per line or separated by commas or semicolons. The same offset is applied to the starting date and the extra dates, up to the tool’s limit of 100 dates.

Working Days Calculator FAQs

26. How do I count working days between two dates?

Choose “Count working days between dates,” enter the start and end dates, select your non-working weekdays, add holidays if needed, and choose whether to include each endpoint.

27. Can I exclude public holidays?

Yes. Enter one-time holidays using YYYY-MM-DD, or recurring yearly holidays using MM-DD. The calculator skips those holidays when they fall on an otherwise working day.

28. Does the tool know holidays in my country automatically?

No. You need to enter the holidays that apply to your country, region, business, or school. Holiday calendars can vary by location and year.

29. Can I choose Friday and Saturday as my weekend?

Yes. Select Friday and Saturday as the non-working days. You can also choose a Saturday–Sunday weekend or another supported weekday pattern.

30. Can I calculate working days forward from a date?

Yes. Change the mode to “Add / subtract working days,” enter the number of working days, and set the weekend and holiday details. Positive values move forward and negative values move backward.

31. Does the calculator count the start and end dates?

You choose whether to include both dates, only the start date, only the end date, or neither. This setting matters for deadlines and contract or project periods.

32. Why can my workday result differ from someone else’s?

The result depends on the selected date range, weekend pattern, holiday list, and endpoint rule. Make sure those settings match the schedule you want to calculate.

Time Duration Calculator FAQs

33. How do I calculate hours between two times?

Choose Time Duration, enter the start and end times, and calculate. If the end time is earlier than the start time and you have not entered dates, the calculator treats it as an overnight interval.

34. Can it calculate an overnight shift?

Yes. For a shift such as 21:00 to 06:00, the tool counts the interval into the next day. If a shift spans multiple calendar days, enter both the start and end dates as well.

35. How are unpaid breaks handled?

Enter unpaid break minutes in the unpaid breaks field. The calculator subtracts these minutes from the total entered time to calculate net duration. Break entries should not exceed the gross time.

36. Can I add more than one work interval?

Yes. Enter extra intervals in the format HH:MM-HH:MM, one interval per line. The tool adds those intervals to the main start-to-end duration.

37. Can the time calculator estimate overtime and pay?

Yes. Enter an overtime threshold and multiplier. If you also enter an hourly rate, the tool estimates pay from regular and overtime time. This is an estimate, so confirm local payroll rules before relying on it for official pay.

38. What does time rounding do?

You can leave the duration unrounded or round net time in 5-, 10-, or 15-minute steps. Choose nearest, round up, or round down depending on the calculation you need.

Days Until Date FAQs

39. How do I calculate how many days are left until an event?

Enter an event name, the target date, and the target time in Days Until Date. The tool shows the days remaining and a live countdown in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

40. Can I use the countdown for an exam or deadline?

Yes. Give the countdown a label such as “Exam,” “Project deadline,” or “Trip,” then enter the target date and time.

41. Can I save more than one event countdown?

Yes. You can save countdowns in your browser and remove them when no longer needed. The tool keeps up to 20 saved countdown events.

42. Does the countdown automatically adjust for another country’s time zone?

No. The target time is interpreted using your device’s local time zone. For an event in another time zone, convert the event time to your device’s local time before entering it.

43. Does the countdown’s business-day estimate exclude holidays?

No. Its basic business-day estimate counts Monday to Friday and does not remove public holidays or use a custom weekend. Use Working Days for a holiday-aware calculation.

Running Pace Calculator FAQs

44. How do I calculate running pace?

Choose “Pace & speed,” enter your distance and total time, and calculate. Pace is the time taken divided by the distance, usually shown as minutes per kilometre or minutes per mile.

45. What pace is a 5K in 28 minutes 30 seconds?

A 5K completed in 28 minutes 30 seconds has an average pace of 5 minutes 42 seconds per kilometre. The calculator can also show speed and split times.

46. Can I calculate a 10K, half marathon, or marathon finish time?

Yes. Choose a preset distance or enter a custom distance, select “Finish time,” and enter your pace. The result estimates the time needed if you maintain that pace.

47. Can the pace calculator use miles?

Yes. Choose kilometres or miles. The result includes pace and speed conversions, so check the selected unit before using the answer.

48. What is the difference between pace and speed?

Pace shows how long it takes to cover one unit of distance, such as minutes per kilometre. Speed shows how much distance you cover in a unit of time, such as kilometres per hour or miles per hour.

49. Are predicted race times guaranteed?

No. A predicted finish time is a mathematical estimate based on the pace you enter. Terrain, weather, fitness, rest, and changes in pace can make an actual result different.

Sleep Schedule Calculator FAQs

50. How does the sleep schedule calculator work?

Choose whether you know your bedtime or wake-up time, enter the time you expect to need to fall asleep, and select a sleep-cycle estimate. The calculator moves forward or backward to suggest possible times.

51. Is a sleep cycle always 90 minutes?

No. Sleep cycles vary between people and across nights. The tool offers 80-, 90-, 100-, and 110-minute estimates to compare, but none should be treated as an exact biological rule.

52. Can I choose a specific sleep duration?

Yes. Enter a desired sleep duration in hours. The calculator uses that duration instead of the default five-cycle estimate to work out a possible bedtime or wake-up time.

53. What is sleep latency?

Sleep latency is the time you expect to need to fall asleep after going to bed. Enter your estimate in minutes so the suggested time includes it.

54. Is the sleep calculator medical advice?

No. It provides schedule estimates only. Sleep needs and cycle lengths vary, and these results cannot diagnose or treat a sleep problem. Seek advice from a qualified health professional if you have ongoing concerns.
